- Providers list services for free and manage their own bookings.
- Customers can request appointments, orders, and rentals at no booking fee.
- SeekMyCare does not handle service payments or take commissions. All charges for services or products are paid directly to the provider.
- Platform revenue comes from ads and optional freemium features for both providers and patients.
2. Service Pricing
All service prices are set by providers and displayed clearly on the platform before any booking. Pricing may vary based on:
- Type of service (consultation, therapy, home care, veterinary)
- Provider or seller
- Duration, scope, or complexity of the service
- Applicable taxes or statutory levies
3. Product & Equipment Pricing

SeekMyCare does not process or hold service payments. Customers pay providers directly. The platform does not charge commissions on any service or product.

Providers may update their service or product prices at any time. Changes do not affect confirmed or completed bookings.
7. Billing & Invoices
Users receive confirmations from SeekMyCare for platform-related transactions, while providers issue invoices directly for services or products. Support is available for any billing queries.
8. Transparency & Dispute Handling
SeekMyCare promotes full transparency of provider pricing and taxes. Platform disputes can be reported via support, while service-specific issues should be resolved with the respective provider. SeekMyCare assists in mediation if needed.
