All services, deliveries, or on-site visits are directly managed by the respective provider or their authorized partners. SeekMyCare facilitates discovery and coordination only — we do not handle physical delivery or service execution.

  • Estimated service timelines are provided by the provider or logistics partner and may vary based on location, availability, and service type.
  • Tracking, confirmations, or visit reminders, where applicable, are shared by the provider or their partners.
  • Any delays, rescheduling, or fulfillment issues are handled by the provider, with SeekMyCare offering coordination assistance if required.

SeekMyCare also supports automated patient notifications to improve care engagement, including:

  • Pre-visit reminders
  • Post-visit check-ins
  • Review and rating requests
