2. Payments & Fees

- SeekMyCare does not charge commissions on healthcare services.
- Any service fees or payments are made directly between the customer and provider.
- Platform revenues come from optional freemium features (e.g., Choice Tag, Verified Badge, sponsored discovery) and advertising.

3. Complaints & Resolution

SeekMyCare handles complaints related to platform use, bookings, and discovery experience. Customers should report issues via our support channels. We coordinate with providers to resolve complaints, but service delivery remains the responsibility of the provider.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

SeekMyCare is a discovery and facilitation platform. Content is informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for diagnosis or treatment.

6. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are independent parties responsible for delivering services professionally and in compliance with laws and licensing requirements. SeekMyCare verifies provider credentials but does not guarantee outcomes or quality of care.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and trademarks are property of SeekMyCare or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeekMyCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from platform use. Liability is limited to amounts collected for optional freemium features purchased on the platform.

9. Follow-Up Notifications

SeekMyCare may send automated, non-medical notifications to patients, including:

  • Booking confirmation
  • Pre-visit reminders
  • Post-visit engagement and feedback
  • Optional ongoing care nudges (with consent)
